Guemes Island Ferry system out of service due to weather

The Guemes Island Ferry system is out of service this morning, Jan. 13, due to weather. It is unknown when ferry service can resume. The Anacortes terminal does not have power after high winds last night. Crews are currently diagnosing and planning to remediate damage that has been caused by the serious storm event that occurred.  We will keep you posted.
