Ferry service could be impacted by weather – Friday, November 13

The Guemes Island Ferry is currently operating on a run-by-run basis due to weather. This means we could shut down at any time if conditions worsen. The forecast for this afternoon/evening calls for increased westerly wind and wind waves. In addition, the tide will begin to ebb at about 2:30 p.m. Opposing wind and tide conditions through 9:00 p.m. will possibly result in canceled ferry runs. We will keep you posted.
