Guemes Island Ferry will return to service 4:00 PM

The Guemes Island Ferry will return to service at 4:00 p.m. Repairs to the car ferry’s bilge pump piping were necessary and required by USCG after water was discovered in the vessel’s void space. Thanks to Dakota Creek and our crew, the repairs are now complete. We appreciate your patience.

Guemes Island Ferry Passenger-Only Service Starts at 3:15 p.m.

Guemes Island Ferry passenger-only service will start at 3:15 p.m. from the ferry’s regular terminals. Thank you for your patience; we will keep you posted as to when we expect the car ferry to return to service. We are currently estimating it will be no later than 6:15 p.m. tonight.

Guemes Island Ferry Temporarily Out of Service

The Guemes Island Ferry is temporarily out of service. Crews are working to troubleshoot and make repairs as quickly as possible. We currently anticipate being out of service for the next several hours. In order to be efficient with resources, we will be moving the vessel to Dakota Creek. We do not yet have an ETA for passenger-only service; however, we will keep you posted.
